The Town of Prescott Valley’s Community Development Department gets grant funds from the Arizona Department of Housing to pay for home repairs. The program assists lower-income households with needed repairs. This means if you own your home in Prescott Valley and need help paying for repairs, the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation program might be able to help.
Your house is a single-family house within the Town of Prescott Valley (site built / manufactured) and you live in the home full time.
Your total household income is less than 80% of Yavapai County median income.
The value of your house is less than 95% of the Yavapai County median home value.
You don’t have a reverse mortgage, and you’re current in paying your mortgage, homeowners’ insurance, and property taxes.
Steps to being considered:
Community Development receives an application and determines the household is eligible to participate in the program. To get an application go to the Town of Prescott Valley Community Development Department on the 2nd floor of the Civic Center.
A Town of Prescott Valley building inspector inspects the house, listing safety and energy efficiency problems that need to be fixed.
Community Development has a licensed contractor make the repairs and pays the contractor directly.
The homeowner agrees stay in the house for a certain number of years after the repairs are done (this varies from 5 to 15 years, depending on the total cost of repairs.)
This is a great opportunity for any residents of Prescott Valley who have a need for repairs they may not be able to afford on their own. So, if you or someone who you know may be interested this is a wonderful program to help.

Here are 5 compelling reasons listing your home for sale this fall mak
""I rate Stephanie as superior. 5 Stars + We have dealt with several realtors over the years for both buying and selling properties and she has been the best to date by far. Stephanie was instrumental in assisting us with the sale of a property under stressful circumstances. She always returned calls promptly and was always professional. We were hoping just break even on the sale of our property and we ended up selling for above asking price. We couldn't have asked for more from a realtor. If you're selling a property and don't contact her it will be your loss."
